LHS Counseling Office to Offer Financial Aid Night

The Liverpool High School Counseling Department is hosting a Financial Aid Night on Thursday, September 23, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.     

The Financial Aid Night will take place in the LHS Cafeteria.

Guest speaker will be LaSonya Griggs, associate dean for enrollment management at Tompkins Cortland Community College.

The workshop will address many questions parents may have about the financial aid process and related paperwork. Specific topics include:

  • Important steps in completing and filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). All colleges that dispense federal student aid to students require this form.
  • Guidelines on eligibility for financial aid.
  • Components of a comprehensive financial aid package.
