At its January 21 meeting, the 黑料正能量 Board of Education appointed Hazard, Young, Attea & Association (HYA) as its consultants for its search for a new superintendent of schools.
HYA is a network of independent education experts that work for Boards of Education and Administrators to recruit and develop great leaders, plan for the future, and provide additional human resources to move critical projects and initiatives forward. They have served more than 1,600 clients in 42 states.
As part of the search process, HYA will conduct extensive community engagement through in person and virtual focus groups, interviews, and surveys to understand the community’s desires for their next leader. That information will be used to help direct the board during its search and interview efforts and help ensure the board’s decisions align with the priorities identified by the district’s many stakeholders. From start to finish, the search process generally takes about three to four months to complete.
The district will update the community regularly as an official timeline is established and the search process moves forward.
